Particle-S is a soft white pigment, composed of pure Zinc sulfide, which is made from high-purity zinc salt and sulfur ion solution. It has chemical resistance in the pH range of 4-12. After surface coating treatment, the dispersibility is good.
The refractive index of Zinc sulfide is 2.37, with high brightness and bluish phase. Compared to TiO2, it has low absorption in the near ultraviolet range, which helps to increase the compatibility of optical brighteners. Particle - S is suitable for wear-resistant coating, ink, plastic, papermaking systems, as well as glass fiber reinforced plastic systems with high mechanical performance requirements.

Coatings and paints
Powder coatings: especially suitable for thin coating systems with high gloss requirements, Particle Fine Micro can partially replace other pigments and significantly reduce volatile compounds (VOC).
Automotive paints: Good light retention and excellent mechanical properties, especially suitable for high gloss systems.
Pigment paste: Particle Fine Micro is used as a pigment incremental dispersant to improve the dispersion of pigment powder, which can effectively improve the color vividness and brightness. At the same time, it can reduce the coagulation or flocculation of pigments and make the storage more stable, and replace 10-20% of the total pigments in the formula, the gloss of the formula will not be reduced.
Inks
General ink: Not only improves the gloss of the ink, but also has excellent fluidity.
Line board ink: Cost reduction, smooth and round paint film, good gloss and good whiteness.
Rubber and Plastic
Thermoplastics: Improves the rigidity, hardness and wear resistance of plastic products. particle Fine Micro has high thermal conductivity and rheological properties that shorten the cycle time of injection molding. It also increases the crystallinity of thermoplastic polymers, thus improving the strength (especially impact strength at low temperatures) and stability of products.
Elastomers : Free of rubber toxins, especially suitable as fillers. Has storage stability and anti-aging properties.
Masterbatch ：Improve the efficiency of using color powder in masterbatch and slurry, presenting texture and luxury. Play the role of pigment dispersant in masterbatches.
Others
Films: In stretch and ductile films, it can be used as white pigment and reduce cost by reflecting visible light at the interface between Particle Fine Micro, air two phases.
